2. A Note on "Stamp First Mail Club" (Stamped Envelopes)

We love offering this affordable option for our community! However, because this method uses standard postage stamps, there are a few things to keep in mind:

• Tracking: A link via ParcelApp.com will be sent to your email once your order ships. Please note that this tracking is limited and may not update in real-time.

• Risk & Responsibility: While we pack every envelope with love, byPoetry cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed mail sent via this untracked method.

• No Claim Policy: Because stamped mail is not insured by the carrier, we are unable to offer refunds or free reshipments if your package goes missing in transit.

Recommendation: If you want to ensure your order is protected, we kindly suggest choosing USPS Ground Advantage or UPS at checkout.

3. Processing & Delivery

• Handling Time: We prepare your orders with care within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).

• Estimated Arrival:

  • Stamped & Ground Advantage: 3-7 business days.

  • UPS Ground: 1-5 business days.

  • Priority Mail: 1-3 business days.

4. If Something Goes Wrong (Tracked Orders Only)

• Lost Packages: If your tracked order (Ground or Priority) hasn't arrived within 10 business days of its last scan, please reach out! We will happily help you file a claim with the carrier.

• Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please send us a photo within 7 days. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

• Untracked Orders: As mentioned above, orders sent via the "Stamp First Mail Club" are not eligible for claims or replacements.

5. Important Reminders

• Correct Address: Please double-check your shipping address! We want your stickers to find their way home, and we cannot be responsible for errors in the address provided.

• Returns: Unused items can be returned within 30 days (return shipping is covered by the buyer).
